Domenica - we don't have a policy. We simply expect employees who also
participate as study subjects to do it on their own time. I really don't
see how this is double-dipping if they are qualified subjects. Am I missing
something?

Hello Colleagues,

We are looking into writing a policy on employees participating as research
subjects (this was previously discussed as "double dipping" - employees
receiving their salary and a stipend for participating as a subject.)

If you have a policy that you currently have in place and are able to
share, please send it to my attention.

Thanks,
Domenica
