The latest information on the MURI program can be obtained by
pointing a WWW browser [ Netscape, Mosaic, etc. ] to the following
site:

At this site you will find a screen that looks something like this:

 Research
Initiative FY96.

To view, print, or transfer the file in ASCII text format select ONRMURI.TXT and
 to transfer the
file in a MS-DOS self-extracting file select ONRMURI.EXE.

To transfer the SUPPLEMENT to the MURI in ASCII text format select ONRMURI2.TXT
 and to
transfer the file in a MS-DOS self-extracting file select ONRMURI2.EXE.

To explode an EXE file, simply type the file name without the extension at your
 DOS prompt.

By clicking on either ONRMURI2.TXT or ONRMURI2.EXE (if you are using
an MS-DOS/Windows computer)  you will be able to download the MURI
Supplement dated January 1996.
