I would like to remind you that the phrase "doing more with less" is just a
restatement of the old fashioned concept of "productivity." Ever since
people became aware of the notion of scarcity of resources, we have
endeavored to do and make things more and more efficiently, some at a faster
pace than others. This endeavor is universal, and it also applies to
Research Administration as well as the Federal Government. Let's do our work
as effectively as we can while not losing perspective on the bigger picture
of productivity. Louis.
