Debarment and Suspension Certification James Kemp 22 Aug 1995 13:13 EST

Hello All!

We are reviewing our internal procedures for assuring that "no principals or
researchers have been debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared
ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal
department."

The way the above certification language reads, we assume that it only
applies to principal investigators and researchers (i.e., faculty). Is this
correct? Or could "principals or researchers" be considered non-faculty
employees involved in a federally supported project? (e.g., coordinators,
technicians, etc.)

Also, the Federal Government publishes a list of people who have been
debarred. Does anyone know where this can be found? Is it available on-line?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Jim
