It is my understanding that federal employees are NOT allowed to be
compensated for salaries, wages, travel, etc. from other federally sponsored
projects.  Has anyone dealt with this issue?  I need to find out where this
rule is written or at least some background on this rule.  I would
appreciate any information regarding this matter.  Thanks,
