Our Office is planning to create run-time NIH forms for both the PC and Mac.
We have created run-time templates for our assurance forms and they work
very well.  One advantage of a run-time version is that it is not
software-specific (ie, you don't have to have a specific software program to
use the template).  If you are interested in sharing the cost ($1,000 or
less per institution, depending on how many institutions are interested),
