The TRP announcement appeared in the october 21, 1994 CBD.  I have a faxed
copy but if anyone has it on line...I would appreciate having it forwarded
to me.  It is also up on Knowledge Express.

This is a Program announcement...and states very clearly that it is not the
official RFP.
