NSF Regional Grants Seminar Susan Ross 01 Aug 1994 12:41 EST

The National Science Foundation will be conducting a Regional Grants
Seminar beginning on Thursday, October 27 and ending on
Friday, October 28 at 1 p.m.   Northwestern University will be hosting
the event.

This seminar is designed for principal investigators, prospective
principal investigators, and research/sponsored projects
administrators.  It will serve as an introduction to the NSF and how it
works.  Participants will be provided with information about NSF
funding priorities, proposal preparation, award requirements,
compliance issues, and other key policies and procedures.  There will
be an opportunity for questions and answers.

Stretching for nearly a mile along Lake Michigan, Northwestern's
Evanston campus is situated in the first suburb north of Chicago,
about 12 miles from the Loop.

The registration fee is $75.  Anyone interested in receiving registration
materials should fax their request with their name and address to
