A call for help!

A departmental grants administrator recently asked me if there
were any internships/fellowships where a person could get experience
working in research administration at the public or private level.

I told her that I was aware of the NSF program where you could
spend a semester learning the administration of grants, but I was not
aware of any other programs at NIH, DOE, etc.

Does anyone on this list know of any programs, either at the
Federal level or at private foundations, where someone could get a
fellowship to learn grantsmanship or grants administration?

Thank you in advance for your help.
