Good Afternoon All,

We are trying to get a better hold of burn rates. We have PeopleSoft grants management and I am specifically looking at the grants portal award information section and setting up the parameters for the calculations for the burn rate indicators. I am hoping that if some of you out there use this tool in PS that you would be able to share what you are using for the parameters in the commitment control set-up for potential under spending, average rate, and potential over spending on the awards. We are a small office of 5 administrators handling cradle to grave for the university so anything we can use that makes monitoring the awards more efficiently is much needed!

Thank you in advance!
