Subject: [RESADM-L] Total Amount of Federal Award to PTE

Uniform Guidance now requires we include Total Amount of Federal Award to PTE in subaward agreements. Some sponsors, like NIH do not provide automatic carryover and adjust their awarded amount based on the previous year's expenses. This causes the Total Amount of Federal Award to PTE to be a moving target from year to year. Has anyone come up with a solution for the field on their agreements?
