Good afternoon colleagues.  Research Costing Compliance (RCC) at Duke University announces the availability of a great professional opportunity as Coordinator, Education and Training.   The Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Director and serves as the day-to-day program manager for all of the RCC training initiatives.

RCC provides education and training for a broad variety of constituencies engaged in the management of sponsored programs at Duke University.  RCC manages a mandatory three level certification program for research administrators/grant managers; coordinates the annual Duke University Symposium for Research Administrators; provides annual required continuing education for department business managers and principal investigators; and, develops/delivers specialized training in concert with emerging policies, processes and technologies at Duke.  The ideal candidate will be conversant in all aspects of research administration and grant management, with an emphasis on development of classroom and on-line training and resources.  S/He will also possess a high level of technology skills, excellent communication and organization skills, and be effective in presenting to large groups.  Flexibility in a dynamic environment is a must.
