Lori,

I believe that the FAR requires that the E-Verify clause (52.222-64) be included in all contracts that exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshhold ($3,000 in 9/09).  If the contract exceeds $3,000 check and see if FAR Clause 52.222-64 is in the contract--either spelled out, or by reference.  Hope this helps.
