According to the table provided at the Grants.gov website, Adobe X is supported only through version 10.0.1 at the moment, which may be part of the problem.

Also, for what it's worth, I had pre-upgrade issues when I tried to submit a package (via 9.4.1) that had been downloaded by a person using X.
