We use the same rate as awarded.

A-21 is pretty clear about charging the indirect rate that’s in effect at the time of the award.
But I do not see anything clearly stated in A-122.  Our institution has historically adjusted the
applied indirect rate as rates have been negotiated during the life of the award, but we are hearing
from NIH that we should keep the same rate.  How do other non-profits do this?
