We had that problem with another system (not FSRS) and it turned out that it
was a filtering problem with our email system. We white listed the IP
address of their SMTP mail server and that fixed the problem

Subject: [RESADM-L] FFATA / FSRS registration problem

Have any other institutions had problems receiving the automatically
generated emails from FSRS.gov for FFATA reporting? We have discovered that
we are not receiving these automatically generated e-mail messages and as a
result have been unable to finalize our registration with FSRS.gov. It seems
that the emails are either getting filtered or rejected so we are not
receiving them. We have been told this is due to the automatic notification
emails from fsrs.gov being sent by a third party. Has anyone else had this
problem? If so, how was it fixed?

Thanks for any insight!
