You may also want to check the version of Adobe used to fill out the module....saving it in the wrong version on one computer somewhere in the pipeline can cause that.

We had an issue with a fillable budget form that one of the sponsor's required. They downloaded it and saved it on their Mac using the Safari plugin (which was equivalent to Adobe 4.0). I could open the attachment and view it, the proposal was submitted and passed validations, but the forms appeared blank to the sponsor (as they only had Adobe Reader on their computers).

That tends to be the typical grants.gov response. Unfortunately, it does not answer the question of what caused the problem. Was it really Window's 7 or is that just an easy out from finding the true cause of the problem?

We had an issue. The package validated, but after validation all the pdf's were completed wiped out. When grants.gov was contacted they indicated that they do not support Windows 7.

I've been on Windows 7 for about 8 months and have not had any issues with submissions.

Hey out there in grantland.

The grants.gov web site does not specifically list Windows 7 as a supported platform. Does anyone have a Windows 7 PC that works just fine with submissions there?

Thanks.
