It depends on how you calculated the benefits.

Our accounting system doesn't break out FT/PT employees, so I only have 1 benefit rate.  I apply that rate to all employees regardless of their FTE.  This methodology was approved by DHHS/DCA.

Does anyone know if we are prohibited to charge the full fringe rate on
a part time employee who does not participate in the employee elected
