Conference on Open Source Research Administration Software from the Kuali Foundation Chris Thompson 06 Feb 2010 10:33 EST

As you may be aware the Kuali Foundation has released Kuali Coeus
(KC), an open source research administration solution based on Coeus
from MIT. KC is intended to replace all of the Coeus product's
functionality over the next year and a half and the pre and post award
functionality is planned to be fully functional and ready for use this
spring. Moderas is proposing a two day conference in July of 2010,
located in Saratoga New York, that will focus on the questions and needs
of potential KC adopters and to that end we would like to gauge your
institutions level of interest in such a conference. There will be up to
three tracks provided, one for research and department administrators,
one for IT staff dealing with the technical infrastructure, and a hybrid
for the technically savvy research offices that would like to get the
most out of their research administration solution.

The link provided below is a simple 5 question survey that should
take no more than one or two minutes to complete. We look forward to
your thoughts and hope you will check our website for news and upcoming
webinars on KC related topics.
