Re: submission of NIH applications Barbara Gray 03 Feb 2010 09:30 EST

We submitted yesterday mid-day. Within 10 minutes of submission, we got the
email from NIH to view it in Commons. But it took almost two hours for it
to actually appear in Commons and check on a warning.

Subject: [RESADM-L] submission of NIH applications

Does any of you have applications hung up between g.g and Commons? One
of mine disappeared in the void after it was validated and supposedly
transmitted to the agency 24 hours ago. All the other ones I have
submitted recently uploaded into Commons right away. I resubmitted the
package this morning and it validated and transmitted to the agency
again; still waiting to see it in Commons.

I haven't called the Help Desk yet because it hasn't been 48 hours, but
my sense is there is a problem. Any thoughts what might be wrong with
the file? And yes, we are using Adobe-B.

Thanks very much,

Zoya
