Re: Training Question Rene Hearns 09 Dec 2009 08:33 EST

Tim,

It is my understanding that my proposal has been approved. In turn, OSPR
will begin training all administration and PIs beginning 2010. PIs will not
receive their account number unless trained. Research Council is assisting
with this task.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Training Question

I wanted to take a straw poll of other institutions regarding mandatory
training
for departmental administrators and faculty with respect to issues in
research
administration, specifically effort reporting.

Do you require mandatory training?

If so, who does this include both departmental administrators and faculty?

Your input would be appreciated.

Thanks
