I would want to see a delegation of authority from a senior level (C-level).

Subject: [RESADM-L] Delegating Institutional Signature Authority

One more question to the listserv.

We are looking at delegating signature authority in our office and was hoping
some of you could share how your institutions handle this.

For example if we were to delegate signature authority for subcontracts we issue
to other institutions are there any criteria you have for the person this would
be delegated to and who in your institution has approval authority for the
delegation. I have some ideas however thought I would throw this out to you.

Please reply directly to xxxxxx@gwu.edu

Again, thanks for your input.

Hal
