Subject: [RESADM-L] Question prior approval requried for changes in status of key personnel for HRSA and ONR

Does anyone know if the prior approval is required for the changes in status of key personnel for the following sponsors when the key personnel is not name on the notice of award. Assuming that the changes in the key personnel do not affect the scope of work.

* ONR
* HRSA

For example, it's required for USDE and NIH when a change in a key person specified in the award document.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Martina
