Science Commons Data Sharing Study Thinh Nguyen 16 Apr 2009 14:10 EST

Hi all,

Science Commons, part of the non-profit Creative Commons organization, has
been asked to study data sharing and data use agreements (either public or
restricted data) in the following areas: life sciences (including human
research), population studies, and the social sciences.

We would like to ask for your help in identifying models of data sharing
agreements that you feel are good models, have been widely accepted in the
industry, or that have interesting or unusual provisions.

Please contact us with any examples you can share, from your own institution
or point us to others, at <emailto:xxxxxx@creativecommons.org>

Thank you in advance.
