I agree with Suzan.  Our professional organizations for research and
organizations such as AASCU need to put pressure on the folks who are
working with grants.gov.  I have been following the discussion, and no
one should have to been in the office at 3 and 4 a.m. to submit a
proposal.  I am now looking into the S2S, which I had not planned to do
because I didn't think we would have a large enough volume.  However, I
cannot afford let any of the proposals we submit slip through the cracks.
