Subject Injury Jamie Kauwell 30 Dec 2008 08:43 EST

Good Morning All,
I would like to speak with any institution representatives that would accept subject injury language that the institution would be reimbursed for subject injury only if it was not paid for by a third party (including in some cases a government program).

If your institution accepts such language, we are interested in understanding your rationale behind it. Why submit to insurance first and then submit unpaid bills to the sponsor for reimbursement?

Any information is helpful and appreciated!!

Happy Holidays!
Jamie
