Who wants to talk contracts on Friday?

Has anybody negotiated a research contract with the company Axcelis? If
so, I’d be interested to know how the negotiation went and what terms
your institution agreed to.

Even if you haven't dealt with this company, I would still like to know
if you have ever waived a warranty disclaimer or accepted an exclusivity
clause?  We have never accepted such terms in the past and are not
looking to now but this may be a deal breaker for us so any advice would
be appreciated.
