Integrated COI POlicy Robert Bienkowski 11 Dec 2007 12:22 EST

Sorry for that previous posting with the wrong Subject Line!

Nonprofit institutions that conduct biomedical research must have policies on
disclosure and management of financial conflicts of interest that comply with
Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code and with PHS and FDA requirements.
Most institutions handle these requirements with separate policies.
Does anyone know of an institution that has developed a single, integrated
policy that complies with both sets of regulations?

Thanks
Bob Bienkowski
