The internet charges need to be reasonable and they should be business
related. Calls home are also allowed, as long as they are reasonable.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Internet charges while traveling for a grant

When a person is traveling for a grant....and the trip will be
reimbursed by a grant....( conference, etc.) does your institution
allow reimbursement for internet usage at the hotel? How about phone
calls home?
