Ted,
It is FAR 31.2 that you can flow down to a "for-profit company".

Hi,

We recently recieved a $1M Dept. of Homeland Security award (a grant, not a contract). A one-year award.

A large part of that award, about $380K is being subcontracted out to a "for-profit" company.

So, knowing that we can't flow down A-21, A-110.....does anyone out there know, specifically, what parts of the FAR are appropriately incorporated into a resulting subcontract to a for-profit company?

With many thanks in advance,

Ted
