In regards to your question on abstracts, we have been listing them as part of
section E.  Publications in the written portion of the report but not uploading
them as a formal publication in their profile.  With publications that are In
Press but do not yet have a pubmed id # we have been adding the citation
information (authors, title, publication, In Press) into their profile and then
associating the publication with the progress report in the Upload Science
section.  If your PI is insistent that the abstracts go with the report, you may
use the Other File line to upload those documents.  I would suggest making all
of the abstracts 1 pdf file for easier upload.
