Hi Liz-
Here at UM it has been our business practice from the very beginning to
look at each document. If it's an NIH with 19 Senior Key people, we
basically look to see if the CV has a header or is in the wrong font.
With the proposals we check formatting, page limits, make sure the
charts/graphs/images/formulas look okay.

To what extent is everyone reviewing the electronic proposal before
submission to grants.gov?

For the Feb 5 and 16 deadline our office literally opened every
document
and I am wondering if it's necessary to review to that extent.
Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.
