Fwd: Re: Grants.gov: French letters Elsa Nadler 08 Dec 2006 13:23 EST

Greetings,
I just tried to convert a Word document containing French accents to a PDF. The accents translated and showed up when I opened the file in Acrobat. However, all that was on MY machine. The best test would be to create the PDF file and then send it to someone else to be sure that it has converted properly.

Good Morning:
Please see the attached email concerning Grants.gov applications with
French letters with special characters. Has anyone submitted joint
proposals with a country whose alphabet has special character associated
with certain letters? If so, did they make to Grants.gov and the agency
without any glitches?

Thanks,
Vonnie
