Industry-Based grants involving animal studies (a.k.a. "Pre-Clinical" research) Mary_Jane Buckland 28 Nov 2006 11:28 EST

Dear Colleagues:

How are your institutions handling "pre-clinical" research projects,
usually involving an animal model and industry funded, wanting to use a
reduced F&A rate? If you have a specific F&A rate
for clinical trials, do you use that rate? If you don't have a rate
for clinical trials and, assuming
the project is to be conducted on campus, do you use your on-campus
research rate? Other
options?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Mary Jane
