The NIH manual applies to NIH awards, while the PHS manual applies to
awards from other PHS agencies.

Subject: [RESADM-L] PHS Grants Policy Statement

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me if the PHS Grants Policy Statement dated April 1,
1994 (OASH 94-50,000) is still current, or has it been replaced by the
NIH Grants Policy Statement dated December 1, 2003? I've been searching
the web and can find both documents but can't tell if the PHS document
is still being used. Anybody know?

The reason I ask is that we cite the PHS Grants Policy Statement in some
subcontracts, but a subcontractor has crossed it out and replaced it
with the NIH Grants Policy Statement. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks.
