Does anyone have an experience with this new funding mechanism?
Specifically, we have a post-doctoral fellow who is applying for this
award. We are trying to determine whether she should continue as a
post-doctoral fellow for the first two years or whether she
can/should have a different type of appointment (lecturer or
instructor). Any feedback would be appreciated.
