Chris,

As an introduction to electronic submission, I recommend this article
published on our Web site, ScienceCareers.org. NIH's own resources are
also quite good.

http://sciencecareers.sciencemag.org/career_development/previous_issues/articles/2006_03_10/nih_electronic_submission_begins

We also have a range of very good resources on NIH proposals and
grantsmanship in general. Here's a good starting point:

On a related note, does anyone have a template for a conflict of
interest policy for NIH submissions? We have one for NSF submissions,
but I am not sure if NIH has any additional conditions that we need to
include.

Thanks so much.

Chris
