Hollie -- Ignore it. Some (most?) NSF solicitations actually prohibit
you from putting anything down for matching if it's not specifically
required by the RFP. If you are going to provide institutional support
(cash, personnel, equipment, etc.), it's better to describe it in the
narrative, but don't include a dollar amount.
