Re: resubmission of a g.g resubmission follow up question Charlie Hathaway 01 Jun 2006 11:39 EST

We have seen great variation in processing times for applications in the past few days, including overlapping submissions (where the one submitted second was totally finished in an hour while the one submitted much earlier took forever). After looking at many of the variables, including internet hook-up, what AOR ate for lunch, etc) I am wondering whether submission to the Parent R21 program goes faster than submission to an RFA or special PA? Some CFDA thing?

Also...we have seen Grants.gov can report an application arriving at agency but due to serious Commons credential errors (e.g. wrong user name, or Reviewer account rather than PI account), it takes a LONG time for NIH to process and then send an email to report the problem. Nothing appeared on Commons for several days.
