One thing to check in the Google toolbar pop-up blocker (or similar
programs). I had a pop-up blocker enabled when I first started using
Grants.gov, and it prevented me from logging in most of the time.
Occasionally it would work, leading me to believe it was their problem.
As soon as I disabled the pop-up blocker, I never had problems.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Grants.gov

Is anyone having problems logging into Grants.gov, specifically, AOR's
or EBiz contacts? We have tried several times to log in, sometimes we
are able and sometimes we are not. We have tried from a variety of
different computers including our home computers (the point of this was
to try to log in to the site without firewall or security software
interfering). Is anyone else having this problem? Have you been able
to find an answer to the problem? We have tried contacting Grants.gov,
they insist that it is on our end, but we are unable to determine this
since we can log on sometimes, and sometimes not from both internal and
external computers. I'd be interested to know if anyone else is having
this problem and what you have done to fix it. We are concerned that
when the June deadline for submitting grant applications comes, we will
have problems logging into the site.
