Stewardship education Peter Koch 14 Feb 2006 11:51 EST

Has anyone out there developed a session (or part of a larger session)
on the ethics, or stewardship responsibilities, of managing grants that
they would be willing to share? I'm not talking the traditional
responsible conduct of research stuff, but something more geared toward
"its the right thing to do", "appropriate use of taxpayer (or
institutional)resources," etc. So, more from the philosophy or ethics
perspective, than the more pragmatic, "get fined or go to jail"
perspective. I would like to include something along these lines as a
prelude to a session on the appropriate management of grants.

Thanks.
