How do you other institutions handle surplus funds on interest bearing
awards when the surplus is due to
interest.   Example:   award for $100,000 plus $5,000
interest to be used to support the project.   Total costs
are $103,000.

Do you return the remaining $2,000 to the agency or do you keep for the
institution?
