For R01's, yes - but remember that the small and exploratory grants on 6/1
are through grants.gov.
Also remember that NIH has said that these are target dates (especially
10/1) and may be revised.

possible until 1 Oct 2005...true?

So...the "transition" to R01 electronic submission via Grants.gov is
essentially 1 June-paper....1 Oct electronic.
