All of the type 5's we've received in the past couple of weeks have been at
the 80% of budget level.

Charlie, I called and talked to the Office of Research Policy at NIH and
they stated that until the federal FY appropriations are approved, funding
for all type 5 (continuations) awards will be at the FY 05 level.
