Northeastern Illinois University is conducting a search for a Coordinator
of Grant and Contract Resources.

The Coordinator of Grant and Contract Resources is responsible for
maintaining the OSP website including the OSP on-line newsletter,
assisting with all aspects of electronic proposal submission, developing
and maintaining the department’s databases, assisting with internal and
external reports, identifying and disseminating information on funding
opportunities to faculty and staff, assisting with proposal development,
and assisting the Director with support of the Human Subjects Committee.

Qualifications required: bachelor’s degree and two years related
experience, preferably in sponsored programs in a university setting.
Demonstrated familiarity with federal and private funding sources.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability in electronic research administration,
including Fastlane and ED E-Grants, on-line databases, spreadsheets, web
page applications and word processing software.  Ability to collect,
analyze and present data related to grant applications.  Strong writing
and interpersonal skills required.  Send letter, resume and names and
