Dear Colleagues,

We recently completed an internal audit.  One of the findings related
to
tracking effort committed to projects. How do you track commitments on

funded projects to 1) ensure that there hasn't been a change in effort
that
would require approval of the sponsoring agency and 2) ensure that no
one
is committed (on paper) more than 100%?
