Re: DOE-CH 560, Environmental Evaluation Notification Form (EENF)." Jane Fant 10 Feb 2005 16:44 EST

Pam: We have always forwarded these documents to our Facilities, Design
and Construction department. They are always very helpful in completing
these environmental forms. They should already be involved in with the
project on a planning basis, so they should know about the site and
possibly already have conducted some of the site analysis required.

We are getting federal funds for a construction project, and the PI
just
sent me the DOE-CH 560, Environmental Evaluation Notification Form
(EENF)
to complete--no guidelines.

The form requests information on things like "noxious organisms" and
the
effect of the construction on endangered species. Surely, someone
with
more expertise in these areas than I needs to complete this form.

I'd appreciate assistance from anyone that has dealt with this form.
