We use Adobe Acrobat (PDF) to scan in our files and hold them on a file
server.  As the files are completed/denied scan to a CD for electronic
storage.  Right now we also keep the hard copy as back up until we no
longer need the file completed/denied.  Additionally, we use Infoed to
electronically store documents in the grants database
