It was brought to my attention yesterday that RESADM-L hadn't been
distributing emails since last week... it appears that our virus scanning
system for the listserv bombed out last Wednesday, and hadn't been dealing
with any messages from the list.

While the product documentation says that if our virus system goes down all
of the messages sent during the downtime will be lost, our system DOES
appear to have queued all the messages sent to the list while the system
was down.  If you had sent a message to RESADM-L between Thursday 7/15 and
this morning (7/20), please watch for the confirmation email over the next
few hours to make sure your message was distributed to the list.  If you
don't see it over the next 4 or 5 hours, please resumbit your message.

I won't go into specifics as to what the problem was, but it's been
addressed and shouldn't happen again.
