Re: Post-award Staffing Jackie Givens 24 Jun 2004 10:51 EST

We have three grants accountants to administer approximately $6 million
in external awards. They constitute the post award office (Office of
Budget and Sponsored Progorams). . . Sponsored Programs (pre-award)
really does not get involved with postaward except to help "fix"
problems that arise after the award is made. J.

Good Morning,

This request is being made to those of you at universities with awards
between $5-$10 million annually.

How many staff at your institution are dedicated to post-award?
(Financial and non-financial post-award, include partial FTE)

Please provide the total number of staff as well as a breakdown by
department. (ex. 3 total - 1 Sponsored Programs Office, 2 Financial
Services)

Thank you!
